At Joest we believe that a successful capital equipment supplier must offer superior aftermarket and service to the end-user of the capital equipment. To this end we have the following policy:
• 24-hour call-out
• All drives are kept in stock and we offer consignment stock to key accounts
• Service contracts available for existing Joest vibrating equipment
• Joest®-trained service technicians operate from the Johannesburg Head Office, Kuruman, Secunda and Rustenburg
• No-charge policy on regular calls and service reports on Joest equipment
• Guaranteed repairs and test run of equipment and drives done in-house
Value added services
Joest offers customers a complete screening solution comprising of the vibrating equipment, wear liners, screen media, and a maintenance contract. Furthermore Joest is able to offer upstream and downstream feed chutes and under pans, as well as supporting structures.
Turnkey projects
Joest can offer a turnkey project in fixed or modular plant with all civil, structural and electrical components as a package, to complement its equipment supply.
